Hi, as you can see here, I've renewed the VIP status earlier on, but when I checked my profile, there was no "VIP" user title. Furthermore, I couldn't access the username style settings that I previously had access to when I had the VIP status (had to separately purchase the username style setting item to change it). What's going on here? Is this a bug?

No worries, usually, when an upgrade is purchased, it will kick in when the next cron runs in the background :)

On a similar note, I just purchased the "Profile Music" item too, but I couldn't hear the music when I went into my profile. I assumed that I had to press the little "play" button at the bottom right corner of the web page when I entered my profile to hear the music, but when I did, there was no music coming out either, even after a minute of waiting.

I've already configured the item with a proper YouTube video url, and also tried it with a different video as well, but the results were the same. I've also tried logging out and logging in again. Also tried opening my profile through my mobile instead. Also tried opening my profile through a different browser (Internet Explorer/Edge instead of Google Chrome), but again, none of these worked.

Should I maybe just wait a little longer for this to kick in too? Or is it a bug?
