Caring for your pet during their final weeks

xboxfoxy
Have you had to give palliative care for any of your pets at home? For how long did you care for your baby until you knew it was time? One of our cats was diagnosed with oral cancer a few months ago, due to the location and aggressiveness of the cancer, we decided to provide palliative care, instead of putting her through painful surgery and treatment that had a very minimal chances of success. It was a very hard decision to make and caring for her is tough, seeing her decline is heartbreaking. We are doing our best to make her comfortable and giving her all out attention. ♥️

This breaks my heart. I wish it's possible for us not to lose our pets until it's time for us to go together with them because no matter how long they stayed with us, it will always break our heart when they pass on. Take care of your baby the best way you can. I feel for you.
Thank you Cole. ❤️

If there is an afterlife, I sure hope when we die we reunite with all our pets we lost along the way.
