What are the health tips you can give to online workers?
If you work online it means you will be sitting on chair for many hours and stare the computer for a ling time. Therefore, you should be doing stretching exercises frequently an also eye exercises. Also eat light as you willnot be burning a lot of calories.- Thomas

When I am not happy with the product ir services I buy onkine, I aways make sure to eave review. I barely bither with leaving positive review but I always make sure to post negativw review if needed. That's because I feel that I need to inform people- Thomas

Yes, I am aware of the measures ine should take when it comes to do onkine banking. I have not inky enable 2fa on my banking apps but also never reply to anyone who calls me asking for bank details. I never share OTP with anyone.- Thomas

In the recent past I used to read 4-5 books evwey month. I read fictions as well as nin fictions. But the days I don't have enough tume for reading books. Normally, I manage to cimple one booka every month.- Thomas
