    I need to work on my snubbing button. I don't know how I do it but I can't snub anybody both familiar person and stranger whenever I am not in the mood to talk. It's really a bad behaviour that I need to stop.

    Protein is the most important class of food needed for the building of the body. I make sure that I am taking as much protein balancing it with other classes of food. Eggs, meat, pork, fish and veggies are always in my food.

    The economy is very bad and the way things are rising is still shocking to me. House prices are changing every new day and there's nothing one can do about it. If you miss a good one due to the price, another person will pay for it.

    That's true. Moving house is a very stressful experience. When we moved from our former house to the latter, I couldn't even sleep well for those periods. I was stressed down till I couldn't move my limbs again.
