    I work out every day but only strenuously 3 times. Working out every day has helped me prevent stiffness and joint pain. Just doing stretches on days off makes a big difference in preventing injury

    Persona 3 reload, Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth, and Dragons Dogma 2 are all in Jan, Feb, and March, which is incredible. I don't think a year has ever started this big in gaming.

    My goal is only 9K. I walk 40 minutes in the morning and walk an hour late afternoon. I only average 6K steps a day!

    On working days I wake up at 7 am, but on weekends around 9 am. I can wake up anytime and I am rarely tired. I am 24.
