    I have no problem with doing both. I want to stay strong and that means that I can keep fit anywhere that I get to find myself.

    I don't think that they are overrated at all. One thing that I know is that there are good players there such as Harry Kane, Saka and Palmer. These guys are playing really good football.

    I do more of squatting because I am always looking at becoming better at that aspect of my workout. I want to stay strong and focused on becoming someone who is strong and better.

    I call it Football as well, but when I talk with my friends from other countries such as the US, I tend to call it soccer.

    Soccer is reigning although I am yet to truly understand how they get to make a whole lot of money at the end of the day to pay these players.

    This is interesting. Nowadays, players take big pay while ending up doing nothing at the end of the day. In fact, when you ask them to get better, they end up playing worse.

    Liverpool has really surprised me this season with the way they play. They are simply one of the best teams around.

    They have the squad depth and it is now time that they get to make use of it as it will be greatly beneficial to how they play. If the bench players begin to do better, the team won't miss the injured ones.

    The boys are eager to prove that they fit into the team. With how the new manager handled the issues with players he dropped, the rest realised that it is no longer business as usual.

    They don't shoot. I can't name a particular United player who is always hungry to shoot at goal. They end up passing around till it gets to the point where they lose the ball.

    Their manager is just not brave enough to play the way he was supposed to do. You have the players. Why are you always playing like you want a draw in most of your games?

    It may not be easy, but just like I always say, nothing is impossible when it comes to football. So, any other team can end up surprising them.

    I don't think Manchester United is close to winning it this season. They don't even act like a club that would be pushing to win it. Manchester City now have the squad ready to defend the title, and it would be a surprise if they don't do that.

    I have learnt to look at the losses as lessons, and I aim to see the teams that I support win. That is what is very important for me to do for my mental health.
