Sports How do you normally work out?
I do a 20 minutes walk every late afternoon when I arrived home from work. In the morning I also jog for about 30 minutes on our lawn at home. I am a deep sea swimmer too so I swim into the deep sea with my deeo sea swimmer friends every Saturday and Sunday for two hours. It's a good sport.- Scorpion
