    Do you go to the gym?

    I think I must have always had it. Never liked socialising, didn't even like having to go out in the school playground/schoolyard. Only went out because I had to. Since 2014, it has got worse. Diagnosed as on the autism spectrum at a late age.

    I never procrastinate as I was raised not to. My father said 'You might as well do it first as last' meaning 'Do it now and get it over with as you'll have to do it sometime anyway'. I have never forgotten this great Irish wisdom.
