Have you had to give palliative care for any of your pets at home? For how long did you care for your baby until you knew it was time? One of our cats was diagnosed with oral cancer a few months ago, due to the location and aggressiveness of the cancer, we decided to provide palliative care, instead of putting her through painful surgery and treatment that had a very minimal chances of success. It was a very hard decision to make and caring for her is tough, seeing her decline is heartbreaking. We are doing our best to make her comfortable and giving her all out attention.
