What small everyday practice brings you the most joy, even on seemingly ordinary days?

When I am feeling my usual feeling of laziness I mostly pick up books to read. But i am not really an avid reader, so I can say that I read just a book in a month. How to improve sleep quality?
Do away with anything that might impede your sleep and cause distraction. When you lie down on the bed do so without any electronic device. Dont also think of anything else, just relax. It will make your sleep worthwhile and better.- Lazy Panda

What's the best thing about being single?
My money gets to stay in my bank account. You know that going on dates and stuff is a lot of money. Even if I have it and its overflowing, I get to spend it on myself only. I use that to make myself feel better most times.- Lazy Panda

What would improve your town or city?
We do not have a very good motorable roads in my little town. If I had the power to change anything it will be to construct good roads for all and sundry. It is even worse during rainy season. I cant even take a bike to my house.- Lazy Panda
