    My detox is work. I'm off the digital for 5 hours a day usually and that's probably good for me. And, of course, there are other times also off like walking to and back from work usually.

    I don't use one because I don't purposely invite demonic forces into my life. Nonetheless, though, a person can get quite evil by simply engaging in naughty habits, not just worshipping demons.

    Not to be melodramatic, but I've been attacked very strongly. That's why it's important to take church seriously. The only other option is to kiss up to demons, if you catch my drift.

    You shouldn't waste time. Time should be devoted to improving yourself. Now, I haven't always followed that advice after leaving, but it's good advice. Has anyone else learned things in things from a religious or military situation? I also was told to be clean, not sloppy.

    Social media is addictive and a waste of time for me at the moment. I've been able to study things that can improve my life by being off it and also work on my websites. In fact, one website is even improving significantly in SEO.

    I use WordPress for homepages for my sites with phpBB forums on the /forum link. And I know there are alternatives to WordPress that can be installed but I know little of them and haven't tried them.

    A lot of politics is about being strong, not being honest. People want someone tough more than someone honest. Well, look at the US president Jimmy Carter. He was a good man, but he was naive and a pushover. That situation and massive inflation lost him a 2nd term by a wide margin.

    Newer TV shows and movies I haven't seen because I've not been into that stuff recently. I spend most time on internet projects or at work. Anyway, I'm sure I've missed some good stuff. I'm of the delusion that stuff I haven't seen must usually be bad.

    Some nations take sports way too seriously. They see sports as an expansion of political conflicts. So, it's not surprising that there is big criticism of bad teams and coaches and especially when so much money is on the line, money also for the third-party economy surrounding sporting events.
