Have you ever tried taking a Zero sugar challenge, I tried once and in way fainted LOL and planning to try it again and that will be my step in the weight loss journey.

Have you ever tried? What was the outcome?

it's been three years now since I stopped the sugary thing. I read a magazine and I was stunned to learn that one family ceased using sugar and the father said that they are still alive. He said that sugar causes a bad sickness.

Does this really work? It's not easy to leave sugar as it's added in almost everything, tea, coffee, lemonade, drinks but if it really works then it's worth to try.

I also stopped drinking coffee, but lately, my body requires me to at least a very little sugary thing, so I bought 1 big pack Milo, lol. It's my first time to drink Milo, and it's okay, not sugary.

No sugar for this long is challenging and not easy for anyone that is habitual to have sugary drinks and sweets.
Milo is fine but do check the sugar content in it's composition.

I am diabetic and haven't taken sugar in any form in my food for so many years. I take medicine to control my blood sugar. I can challenge you for it. I remember the first time I consumed a cup of tea without sugar. It tasted bad, but now I'm habituated to the taste.

I started from today, so my first cup of tea without sugar did tasted weird but its ok, I am avoiding direct sugar and will try to stop consuming any sort or biscuits and cookies I am consuming all the time

Though it's been long, but I have tried this before. It was not easy but it was very effective, I lost some weight and it was also a great way for me to detox my body as well.

I am hoping to do the same and already facing the heat today and experiencing headaches because I do take sweet things in different ways so it will be hard for me

It would be hard at first, but it is not impossible. It might even get to a stage where it would seem like you are about to go crazy if you don't take some sugar 😂 but that's just your brain playing tricks at you.

This happened to me previously too, around a year back and then I started experiencing headaches so I stopped doing it and started again with my diet

I can't even remember the last time I actually took sugar. Apart from the fact that there is sugar in the drinks I take, I would have been living an entirely sugar free life.

I am finding it hard but I need to manage at least for 15 days and will check the results and if they are even little positive then I will try for more time

It can be painful because you'll feel the itch to have your favorite food and drinks and it's in your hands to control yourself

In fact, it was difficult to start, but I did not give up sugar completely, I began to reduce the portion of consumption. Over the course of a year, I reduced my sugar intake by 50 percent, and this already has a very strong effect on the body

I have to say its tough to take this challenge at least for me but its good if we can take and stay away from white sugar

Zero sugar challenge huh? Maybe I should also try it for this month and see what I can make out of it. Though I must admit, it will be very hard to accomplish for me.

I would have done better but I was unable to keep with it and then I thought I really need to stay away from sugar for a long time to lose weight so I stopped this challenge
