User experience (UX) is basically about experience of a user. When it comes to UX research, it involves gathering insights, feedback, and observations from users to understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors when interacting with products, services, or interfaces. UX research informs product development decisions, validates assumptions, identifies usability issues, and guides design improvements, ensuring that digital experiences are intuitive, valuable, and satisfying for users.

Based on my experience, I would say that user experience in product development helps to focus on creating products that are effective , especially the products that are enjoyable for the end users.

User experience is the feeling or experience a user gets or has when using a particular product or service. So when a producer is design a product, he has to put in mind what the consumer of the product wants and will enjoy to have a good user experience of the particular product or service. This will enable a better product design and consumer satisfaction.

Yes that's true, in other words the needs of the customer comes first to ensure their satisfaction.
