Being responsible includes taking ownership of one's choices, actions, and results. It entails:

Ownership, which is taking charge of and accepting responsibility for one's part in a circumstance. Being trustworthy and keeping commitments are qualities that define reliability. Being able to defend and explain what one does and chooses it's what it means to be answerable. To be accountable, one has to accept the outcomes of one's actions and learn from mistakes.

What does responsibility means to you? Do you take responsibility of outcomes of your actions easily?

Responsibility is confirmation of one's own actions. I would not trust people without responsibility because she will do what she wants and never admit her own mistake, etc.

Responsibility means taking Charge of your actions, and being responsible for the results that comes with your actions.

Responsibility also means extra burden and we use this term whenever we are at work and we are assigned extra work by the management.

For me, taking responsibility means being in charge. When you are responsible, you would not pass that thing to another person to be in control of and make decisions about. A lot of people in our times struggle badly with taking responsibility.

When you are a responsible person, there is willingness on your part to face what's burdened to you. Responsibility means accomplishing something the person assigning you feel you deemed fit to the task no one else could do except you. On the other hand, you must also be responsible in facing risk or failure. It's not easy but if you're this, you will do your best to succeed.
