To create the color blue, you need to mix a primary color (red or yellow) with a secondary color (green or violet). The most common combination is red and green, as these two colors are directly across from each other on the color wheel. Mixing blue and yellow will also create various shades of green, depending on the ratios used. Ultimately, experimenting with different pigment combinations is the best way to achieve your desired shade of blue.

Wait, so you mean that Blue is not a primary color? That's surprising considering that blue is supposed to be a universal color that is found in almost anything you can think of compared to other colors.

I read everywhere that blue is a primary color and cannot be created by mixing two or more colors. Three colors Red, yellow and blue are primary colors.

Blue is a primary colour and it is not possible to get the standard blue by a mixture of colours. You only need to mix colours to get different shades of blue. For instance, the Teal is mixed by mixing traditional blue with green.

Nope, blue is a primary color. And primary colors are colors you cannot get by mixing other colors. So you do not need to mix red or yellow to get blue. The combination is wrong.
