Well, this sucks! I have lost my sense of smell and taste. Any suggestions?

After a brief bout of flu like symptoms, I have lost my ability to smell and worse, ability to taste food!! This is terrible, there is absolutely nothing that I can taste, my mouth just has a sour taste, at all times. The only good thing of what happening to me us that I no longer smell the litter boxes! LOL.

Anyone here experienced these symptoms? If so, what did you do? how long did it last and what foods were you able to taste? Any advice you can share?

Not really, I have only experienced something similar when I have malaria and running nose, I won't be fully able to taste what am eating or smell due to the running noise. I think it would be best you see a doctor or health specialist.
