The only way I see thor coming out of this on top with a little difficulty is with magic, besides that superman would definitely be mobbing the floor with him.

I like to, but in a fight with Superman is definitely losing. It doesn't matter whether a weighs the mjornir or whatever, Superman will beat him mainly using strength and speed. Maybe he might have a chance if he knows how to use kryptonite to weaken the Superman, but even still he is not winning.
