The funny thing I experienced this morning at the work place

It was our break time at work to mean we're free to take snacks. My work place is surrounded with huge and regular sizes trees. I and my colleagues sat down under a shady tree near our office. We brought with us our coffee and cookies. We chatted and laughed. I have not yet drunk my coffee because it's a little bit hot

The funny thing was, I was about to drink my coffee when so suddenly, one big lizard dropped into my mug . It was so sudden that I threw my mug with the lizard in it and then I saw the lizard looking at me alive and shocked . We ran back to the office laughing nonestop.

Seems like the lizard wanted to have a sip.. LoL! Poor thing! You scared him..I hope that he was not burnt by the hot coffee.

How did I scare the lizard when it was the lizard that scared me? Who couldn't shout in scare when a lizard suddenly dropped on my mug?

I was saying it on the lighter note that it just wanted a sip of the coffee and you scared it. LoL! If I was in your place, I would have screamed my lungs out. I don't like lizards. They look disgusting.
