I usually use phone apps, then carry out various workouts for my chest, hands, legs and overall body. Focusing on one side alone would not create balance.
 
First of all, what is cross training? This is actually the first time I will be hearing of such term, maybe because I'm not a fitness freak. Please do well to provide little insight on the term.
 
Cross-training provides numerous benefits for active individuals. By incorporating different modes of exercise, you improve overall fitness while allowing specific muscle groups to recover. It reduces overuse injuries common when only doing the same movements repeatedly.
