Talent vs Experience: Which one would you prioritize?

There are people that are specially talented in a particular endeavor. They are what we might call a prodigy in that endeavour. And they are other people that might not be as talented in that endeavour. But they have vast amounts of experience in that field.

Given a choice to make between the talented one without experience and the very experienced not too talented ones, which would you choose?

I think I will go for experience, because I strongly believe even talent won't do well without experience. It is the experience you get that makes your talent a lot more unique.
