To prevent muscle soreness after a workout, try gentle cool-down exercises, hydrate adequately, and consume protein-rich foods. Consider incorporating foam rolling or stretching to alleviate tension. Gradually increase workout intensity and ensure proper form. Listen to your body's signals and prioritize sufficient rest and recovery between sessions.

It has also been proven that red meat can help to help the muscles faster after a workout. So I try to eat beef as much as possible. It is also advisable not to do more than the body can take, otherwise it will take too long for the muscles to heal.

Stretching before and after workout is a great way to achieve this. When we stretch and do some warmups, it prepares the body for the main workouts ahead. After workouts, stretching helps relax the muscles we have stressed.

Protein is the best thing that helps me, even though I don't exercise that much, sometimes I have this problem, and it is protein and water that help me recover the best and fastest

What kind of protein? Like meat or what?

If you are doing heavy workout you will surely get muscles soreness, I don't do heavy exercise so I don't get muscles soreness. If you are experiencing this issue you should lmit yourself from heavy workout.

To reduce muscle soreness, focus on proper warm-up and cool-down routines. Light cardio and dynamic stretches before, along with static stretches after can help. Staying hydrated and fueling with protein/carbs aids recovery. Consider supplements like tart cherry juice or fish oil for their anti-inflammatory properties.
