Should India Include Ravi Ashwin in LOIs?

Ravi Ashwin is a permanent part of India's Test team but was never given a longer run in T20Is or ODIs but he's a gritty player and an all rounder who street smart and very good batter and can bat at any spot. Looking at the T20 World cup scheduled in 2026 should India Include him or consider only young players.
 
They have tried him even in the T20 World cup that was to take place in India but was rescheduled in UAE because of Covid but even there he was not good
