Periodization is a training strategy that involves dividing a training program into distinct phases or periods, each with specific goals and intensities. Common phases include the preparatory phase (building a base), the strength phase (building muscle and strength), the peaking phase (maximizing performance), and the recovery phase (rest and regeneration).

What phrase are you on?
 
To be honest I have never really thought about dividing my workouts, cause I simply do it just so it can be part of my daily life and to feel more confident about myself and as well healthy.
