Pakistan is the host of champions trophy 2025 which is a 8 team ODI format championship. Being host they'll be aware of the conditions and will also play max ODI matches and this will give them an added advantage to fine tune it's team combination.
 
The host nation always has the best chance to win the trophy, so Pakistan has the best chance. Pakistani pitches are best for spinners like India and are suited for their batsmen. I think Pakistan will do well in the tournament, though I think they won't win.
 
They have the best chance to win because they are playing maximum number of ODIs before the event
 
That's doesn't matter even they practice because it matters how do you play under pressure in the big tournaments.
 
As per my knowledge, New Zealand also has a Golden chance and we can expect them to play well after their dismal performance in world cup
