Is it necessarily true that for the exsistence of logic you must be in the 'waking consciousness'?

The existence of logic doesn't necessarily require being in a "waking consciousness." Logic is a fundamental aspect of reality, governing the relationships between ideas and entities, regardless of our awareness or state of consciousness. It's a universal principle, akin to gravity or mathematics, that operates independently of our perceptions or cognitive states. Even in sleep, logic continues to govern the workings of our minds, processing information and making connections, demonstrating its inherent, autonomous nature.

Logic, I think is what makes everything the way it is. It literally defines life, set the basis of thinking for humans and govern how we behave.

Simply put, logic is what makes everything makes sense. Without logic there would be notting to compare our thoughts and believes to.
