If you play games, it is very likely that you will get injured. However, there are also techniques to prevent sports injuries. For example,, always warming up before exercising, using proper form and technique, gradually increase intensity, wearing appropriate gear, staying hydrated can also prevent sports injury. Listening to your body is also important. Getting enough rest is very important for recovery.
 
The best way to prevent working out injuries is by not pushing your body too much. This is what so many people who are working out need to know very well. It's not a must that you do everything at day one. Give your body a break because too much will break you down.
 
The biggest thing that helps my body is warm-up, but sometimes I didn't listen to my body and did too much, which could cause me to get injured or just get sick. Now I do 50 percent of my maximum, but I always know that I will be in shape and will not interrupt my training days
 
The reason why some people go to the gym to work out is because they do not know the right thing to do and when they are supposed to do it. But when they use gym house services, they will be given instructions by the gym instructor. If they do it on their own, they won't do it right.
 
Being very careful when exercising is how I avoid injuries as much as possible. I try to figure out the hazards associated with each sport or workout and I stay clear of such dangers.
 
Most people tend to neglect warning up, but this is actually very important. Warning up before the actual sports helps prepare the body for the level of stress you would be putting it though.
 
Warm up by stretching and doing situps then after do a cooldown by riding an exercise bike.
 
Proper warm-up is the most important thing and you also don't need to do more than your body can withstand because many people use heavier weight for training to speed up the result but this is the wrong approach and you should do as much as is comfortable for you and does not harm you
 
Preventing sports injuries requires a multifaceted approach. Proper warm-up and cool-down are essential for preparing the body and facilitating recovery. Maintaining muscle flexibility through consistent stretching is also key. Using the right gear and protective equipment for your sport provides a layer of safety.
 
Lol 😂 😂 at times when I was a kid I am a football fan when we are playing it in the compound when I got injured immediately I will come back to my parents and they will take care of it because they encouraged us to play with each other alot
 
When I was still in sports activities, I learnt some things that helped me a lot from my coach. You don't need to push your body so hard while chasing the ball. Don't jump too high because you might break your teeth. Using the appropriate equipment is also necessary.
