How carefully do you choose your hair shampoo?

In my opinion, this is very important because now shampoos are made with very harmful additives. Even such popular companies as Nivea make shampoos that are not very useful for our hair. However, I never choose a shampoo for a very long time and buy at an average price and I have no problems with my hair

Personally I do not use shampoo for my hair all the time, more of the times I mainly use the regular soap.
