Any advice to someone struggling with fitness problems?
 
Start small, maybe the reason you are having problems is because you started off from a high stage. Try to figure out your limit and start from the bottom. Then little by little, you can make progress.
 
I also find myself in this category, but what usually helps me is that I tend to look at the benefits with stay fit. Health wise and in other areas. I use this as a form of motivation for myself.
 
Don't be too hard on yourself. building sustainable fitness habits takes time. Start small by incorporating just 10-15 minutes of activity into your day. Hire a personal trainer temporarily for expert guidance if affordable.
