England's ODI World cup winning captain and former player Eoin Morgan denied the coaching job of England's White Ball team as per the latest reports.
 
His qualifications are quit good as a world cup winning captain and former player. Was their reason for not accepting him stated?
 
He said he's not ready because being a coach you need to travel for at least 8 months in a year
 
Oh that's understandable, he probably has other engagement which he cannot afford to start traveling more than half of the year.
 
It's his young family so they cannot take up this role where they need to stay away family for long duration
 
You need to take a huge responsibility being a coach, maybe he is not ready for it that's why he is denying it.
 
Experience also matters and he hasn't even mentored any side and still sometimes play in T10 competitions
