Do you like and use chia seeds?

Ginger
Am not sure I know what's chia seeds tho, or it's possible I might have seen it or come across it but just don't know the name. If it helps to reduce fat, I would like to give it a try.

They are called "Salba chia or Mexican chia." I don't use them, but they are a good source of nutrients. They support digestion. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are good for the heart. They are good sources of potassium, magnesium, calcium, and zinc, which are required by our body.
