I don't see the Indian media as honest and many times we see them trying to cover up the mistakes of a particular political party.

Do you feel Your Media is Honest?

Not just in India, I believe it's everywhere. These days the media is mostly filled with lies and false stories just to please certain top persons.

I guess that started in the West where the Government along with rich billionaires used to own media and use it for their own benefit

There are some lies in media. Media users like to twist some facts just to gain popularity. I do not trust some news there told by media users. We might be involved with an investigation in case the news or report is defamatory.

Everywhere, the media is like this only. I don't think our media is honest. Sometimes they hide the news of a mistake from the government, or they think this will make people think negatively about the political party the media favors.

I can only say about Indian media and they are simply pathetic and are interested in favoring a single party all the time and I am sure they are being paid well by them

This because they know they will be able to affect the voters by showing the news in the media. Actually, we are fools because we cannot differentiate what is wrong and what is right. This is how Delhi people made Kejriwal the CM of Delhi twice.

Every media house is bias. They all support a particular side. Even renowned international media organisations show bias. For instance, CNN has always taken an anti Trump stance and it is very visible.

I can always observe media dishonesty. Only a very few of them do not twist the facts. Others add none factual just to get attention from the public which might lead the person to scrutiny for falsifying the true news or updates, especially from the government.

Earlier Indian media was not like that and we used to trust the news but from some time we are seeing them favoring a political party all the time

There is no media in this world now that is honest. All they want to do is to make money and even if it means they get money to peddle a lie, they don't mind. It is a world of capitalism.

I think that all major media try to portray the situation in such a way that it is profitable for politicians. I would trust only private media and not very big ones that have not yet come under someone's influence. Unfortunately, such media very soon disappear or start writing in the same way as the majority

The media has become willing tools in the hands of propagandists who want to twist the truths to their favour. When you get information from any media, you need to do a personal analysis to get the true story.

Earlier on Indian media was honest but with time they started to make money and that led to its dishonesty and now they don't have any value

Money has been the major factor that has diluted many media houses in the world. Can you really blame them? There are businesses that needs to make profits. That's why they go for the money and dilute their reportage.
