Culinary travel bucket list: What destination is at the top of your list for food exploration?

I've always dreamed of exploring the street food markets of Thailand to indulge in authentic Pad Thai and spicy curries. What's your dream food destination?

From watching Korean movies, I have seen that South Korea has some tantalizing dishes. The fact that they don't just eat one particular food in a sitting, they add a lot of side dishes makes me want to travel there and explore their foods.
