Can step parents actually give the same love biological parents give?

There is always a saying that a child you never gave birth to would not give the same feeling that your own biological child. In my culture, people don't expect really that kind of strong love from step parents like they would have expected from biological parents.

Can step parents give the same level of love as biological parents?

It actually depends, there are some step parents who can even do more for you, but these days it's rare to find such, they do exist but rare.
