This is another wholesome video I saw today and this one really did hit. He became the 6th groomsman at her wedding and her reaction is amazing!

Omg, what a beautiful and touching video. Incredible that even though her son is no longer alive, his heart lives on and in a strange way her decessed son, is there on this special day! Amazing.

This is so touching, I can imagine all that would be going through the woman's mind at that very moment. Though I thought the receivers are usually not allowed to know who the donors are, and vise versa?
