At what time you sleep at night?

I usually sleep at 11:30 pm, and I have always tried to go to sleep early, but because of my work shift schedule, I can't, and I think that's the reason I always feel tired.
At what time do you sleep daily?
 
I don't have specific times I go to bed, as long as we have had our family prayer around 9pm, I can go to bed at anytime. Though most of the times it is usually when am sleepy.
