Are most of the houses surrounded by fences in your country?

In my country, most houses are fenced because everyone protects their territory from others. I have never seen even in my city that the houses were like in American movies when you are separated from your neighbor by a different color of grass.

Majority of the houses over here have fences round them, and a gate as well. These serves as not just for protection alone, but as a way of separating your space from another person.

It is not actually every house that is fenced in my country. But most houses owned by people in the lower middle class up are actually fenced. It is done for security purposes and to give the occupants more privacy.

Off course yes and even my house was surrounded by fence all over because in the city no one care about the other and most of the houses no one is leaving for a long but I tends to hate the compound because I really enjoy living in a place where I share so good memories with my neighbors it's better than leaving in such compound
