akpu vs eba vs amala

For me it depends on the soup. If I am going for egusi soup, then my first choice would definitely be akpu or maybe eba. I like amala but I like the first two more.
I also enjoy eating starch with banga soup or owo soup.

A lot of people here might not understand but the three things that the OP mentioned are Nigerian staple foods that are being eaten with soups. I think all of them are derived from cassava.
